We had a wonderful stay at Senhaja Suite. The apartment has a traditional Moroccan layout, which gave it a lot of charm, while everything inside was spotless and very comfortable. Fresh bed linen and towels were provided, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The washing machine was a real bonus, and the little internal courtyard with clotheslines made drying laundry very easy. The location is excellent – just a 5-minute walk to the town souk and the lively shopping streets. There are plenty of mini markets close by for essentials, as well as lots of cafés and restaurants for meals. A perfect base for exploring Targuist – highly recommended!

In 5 minutes, we were biking down a picturesque road with flowers to our right and left and mountains in the distance. The weather was bright and sunny. I like to try local foods and there are plenty of inexpensive but tasty Moroccan food in this town. Don't expect five star but eating as the people do. They are friendly and you'll learn a lot about a different culture if you are willing to slow down and sit a while at one of the many outdoor cafes. Go to the outdoor market for a real cultural experience of bartering for any used item imaginable.
