Exceptional service. Everyone encountered I was greeted with a smile, professionalism, kindness and an eagerness to enhance the experience. Serene ambiance. The traditional architecture blended with lush gardens creates an oasis of peace and relaxation. The experience exceeded my expectations in every category. Marrakech in general & Palais Ronsard in specific made our trip a marvelous one . From the moment we arrived Oumaima the receptionist welcomed us & provided us all the support and assistance needed during our stay . Khalil , chief of reception as well did a great job , in addition Hisham the luggage handler, Mohsine & Rashid the drivers, not to forget the amazing waiters Rashid & Fatima Zahraa who were all so professional that made us definitely plan another trip to Marrakech and to Palais Ronsard . On another hand Lovely restaurant, beautiful interior design , great welcoming, best service, generous & delicious breakfast menu. Thank you

This 10-bungalow boutique hotel is excellent in every way: quiet location 20 minutes from the medina, beautiful architecture and interior design with an African touch, pleasant garden to have your meals and relax in to the sound of birds, lovely heated pool with sufficient loungers for every guest, 5* service with attentive staff, and above all, excellent food. I didn't try the massages. A small drawback: on certain evenings, the entertainment of a hotel 1 km away can be heard, but it is limited in time, precisely so as not to disturb the neighbors too much. I would gladly return to this hotel!

We loved our 5 days (30 Dec.- 4 Jan)! We are lucky to travel often with our family and compare. The hotel is very beautiful , not too big and provides a personalised service. The staff was ultra friendly and attentive. They try to make each of their guests feel as Kings and this was more than successful as far as we were concerned. On New Year's Eve, there was a DJ, and 2 local bands. Wonderful ambiance in a very family atmosphere. By the way, the charismatic owner and his family were also there. It was now our fourth time in Marrakesh in the last 3 years and next time we will certainly book again!
