Loved my time here, The room: Exemplary. Large open rooms with plenty of storage space, comfortable beds, the shower pressure is perfect (a rarity) and the television can connect to all the main streaming services. Staff: Very understanding, helpful with directions and the room service was impeccable. Facilities: The spa service was well priced and thorough. The breakfasts ample and delicious and the restaurant's food was top notch. I give them the highest recommendation.

The room was comfy and super clean. Great staff, especially the animation team. A special thanks to Oussama who manages the animation team and also the fitness coach Ismail, Marwa, Nina, naoufal momo oumy in the kids club. The singer walid was great and had an amazing voice. The reception team made me feel at ease and were very helpful and answered all my questions and enquiries. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and the services provided exceeded my expectations. I would definitely come back with my family.

Everything was amazing. It was modern yet had a nice traditional twist to it, which is what I wanted to get away from city life. All inclusive was amazing and as well as breakfast, lunch and dinner we were also served snacks. Non alcoholics drinks were supplied throughout the day as part of our package. The spa was amazing. Hafsa, Hakima, Samira and Huda were amazing and priced well too. The staff were all welcoming and very helpful. Especially Mustafa and his team at reception, always happy to help and went above and beyond. Entertainment was fabulous. The free shuttle service to the souk was really convenient and saved us taxi fares. I will definitely be coming back here with family.
