First Contact, from the reservation was an instant message, just how we needed, cause we were coming extremely late… MORAD, an amazing human, took such good care of us, welcoming us and a puppy with warm milk and dates, upgrading our stay, unbelievably polite, even late at night. The pool is cool and functional. The dinner and breakfast at the hotel was good. They organise desert safari on camel as well as quad biking. The reception man Younis is super helpful and humourous, I was by myself and I had an interesting conversation with him about the region.
