The building is very worn out, but its a magical place for those of you who love interesting and original architecture in a not so ordinary place. I wouldn’t recommend it to those of you who are looking for a standard hotel with all modern amenities. We couldn’t have had better hosts. So welcoming! This recently restored Riad in the quieter but very interesting Jewish quarter was fully decorated in Moroccan style by local artisans. We were particularly grateful for the airconditioned room and the cool sitting/dining area. Our hosts catered to all our food preferences and gave us all the information and practical help we needed to make the most of our stay in Fes.

The staff, especially Isham and Marmos and the two managers were exceptional. It was my husband's birthday and our anniversary as well, so I requested for the room to be decorated and asked for a cake for my husband and they delivered. My husband was definitely surprised and the room was very nice too. Clean, modern and somebody was always in the desk to help us with our concerns. Location was great too since it's 5 minutes away from the train station, and a lot of restaurants around.
