Wow! you will quickly realize that Sri Lanka has a lot of fake reviews on google - and it's hard to ever trust something that has perfect 5 star reviews - but in this case the 5 stars are well deserved. The breakfast that is served is fantastic - easily the best breakfast we have had during our two weeks in Sri Lanka. The room is fantastic - a large room with a comfy bed, warm shower, and a great view of the rock. Lala's communication via whats app is quick and very helpful. He arranged a taxi to him at a fair fair rate. He also took us in his tuk tuk to Lion Rock for a fair rate. We requested dinner one night and for just $8USD each we were served a curry feast! Laundry service is also provided, along with a minifridge of beverages available for purchase. Definitely stay here!

It is like an oasis after a busy day of travel or sightseeing. We loved it. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The pool is beautiful and the staff will help you with anything you need to arrange like trips, drivers etc. I miss it already!

amazing accommodation and even better staff. very comfortable bed. peacocks are singing all around and a few meters from the hotel there is a lake with a view-point where free-living elephants meet every evening. bicycles were available for free

I enjoyed the delicious rice and curry for dinner. Located in a secluded area, the resort exudes tranquility. As a solo traveler, walking the quiet, unlit path was thrilling, providing a true escape. Wildlife, including friendly geckos, added authenticity, making it feel like a jungle retreat. Nature lovers will appreciate the ambiance. The pool, occasionally visited by critters, offered a refreshing dip. Despite higher food prices due to the location, the meals were well-prepared and satisfying. This place is truly amazing!!! The staff go above and beyond to ensure that you have an amazing time in Sigiriya. Staff organized all our day trips and taxis which really made our time there so much easier. We would also highly recommend the food, breakfast was incredible, especially the morning we were made a full Sri Lankan breakfast. Lunch, dinner and the cocktails were also superb and great value for money.
