It’s located close to the main road about 100 meters inwards and therefore nestled away from the busy and noisy street. The villa is surrounded by a huge garden. There are two rooms downstairs and three upstairs. The beds weee quite comfortable and bathrooms were clean and modern. The host was exceptional in looking after our needs and prepared home cooked meals which all of us thoroughly enjoyed.

I don't know where to start. The bungalow we had was meticulously clean, comfortable and tastefully designed. It is set in a wonderfully cared garden with all kind of trees, where you can see a lot of birds and other animals, incl. giant squirrel, gray hornbills. Breakfast and dinner were delicious with local specialties. We also joined the cooking class and learned a lot of dishes from the owner of the accommodation. The owner is a very charismatic and open hearted lady, who had many tips and information and was organising all our tours and answering to all our requests in a very friendly manner and immediate action. She is very hands on, kind and helpful. We had a wonderful time staying there and will for sure come back again. We recommend this accommodation from the bottom of our hearts. It was the best experience in Sri Lanka so far. බෝහම ස්තුති

Nimal was really nice, hospitable and always willing go an extra mile, anything you need he will find it. He arrange a bicycle for free and went to see the temples around. Also companied me to see the sunset in his bike. He is a good man will take you to eat at local and cheap places. Thanks 😊

Super Kind and welcoming family, offered to cook us dinner which was really amazing. The Place was also very clean and Nice, I guess quite New. I liked the Garden as well.

Fantastic staff at Subaseth villa they were kind enough to help us with everything we needed for a great stay. Big bedrooms comfortable beds and really great food. It's outside town very peaceful and a lovely place to stay.

Wonderful property with wonderful people working in it. The manager was extremely sweet and helpful and even got up at 4:30am to make sure we had tea served to our rooms before we had to catch a train. The pool was a wonderful addition and entertainment to have to cool off at the end of a long sightseeing day. Food was also very yummy. We were very happy with our choice!!
