Fantastic place to stay close to the very quiet block five and six areas of the Yala National Park. the host and, is lovely and very helpful as were all the staff. Set on a lovely lake you can watch the Buffalo swim the Peacock strut stuff and enjoy your evening fire on the Banks. A pool if youwant a swim. Food was lovely. We enjoyed a very well priced Safari with a very knowledgeable guide, all arranged by Anne.

Just everything. Really nice apartment, specially equipped for western turists, with hair dryer, toilet brush, drinking water, big room and bathroom, with big patio in front of the room, plus swimming pool. What else can you wish more. It was the best experience during my trip in Sri Lanka. Big bonus was also Janaka, resort manager who organized Safari in Yala for us.

The owner (Guyan) went over and above to make my stay memorable. What a fantastic host! He arranged so many things for me: Pickup and drop off at the bus stop. The owner Randy is amazingly friendly and willing to do his very best to serve his guests. The room is great - spacious, clean and comfortable. The food is fabulous - the best Sri Lankan breakfast we got during our entire journey in Sri Lanka! If you have time Randy will show you around - something you should consider doing. You will enjoy the nice surroundings and learn about Randy's village. This is absolutely great value for money.

Where do I even start? The owner was the nicest host we encountered in Sri Lanka. Forget about eating anywhere but at their house. They prepare the most delicious curry - best we had so far. They breakfast was really good and the portions are very large. The host also organized a safari to Yala park with a very experinced ranger. We even saw a Leopard and a tusker. The host proposed that we go to Kataragama with him for the festival. He arranged the best seats at the festival just for us - free of charge. We met some of the nicest people at the festival, they explained all the history during the festival and tried to please all of our expectations. The location of the house is also at the edge of a very beautiful lake. All in all, you will not be disapointed to book your stay here.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very spacious and spotlessly clean, which made my stay extremely comfortable. Great location close to Yala Safari. However, the highlight of the entire experience was the owner. She was incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. I would definitely recommend this place:)

Perhaps the best place in Sri Lanka to have your honeymoon. A very peaceful setting with wonderful diversity of wildlife. The luxury and design of our tent was unmatched. Well worth the cost.
