I loved everything about the Hotel River Front. A Warm welcome from the staff. Rooms bright and spacious. The whole place was immaculately clean including the gardens and poolside. A wonderful family run hotel. A safari trip to Yala was organised by the hotel. It was fabulous with an experienced driver. This hotel.is a must to visit, I cant wait to return. Little Lulu just puts the icing on the cake. Much love to the Hotel River Front family❤️

An exceptional family stay, in December 2024, this was a newly built facility. The family run hotel had a homely atmosphere, everyone was super friendly and polite. The owner has put a lot of thought into the layout and details of the whole hotel. The room are expansive, very comfortable and immaculately clean. The private balconies offer great views over the picturesque rice fields and beyond to the lake. The gardens are teaming with birds. The pool is well maintained, and very welcome after a long journey. The food was super fresh and very tasty, home cooked in a very clean open air kitchen. The owner arranged our Yala safari. We had a very enjoyable stay, in hide sight we should have stayed longer.

It was really nice. The surroundings of the hotel were amazing, the owner explained everything so we didn’t miss a thing. We walked around the both lakes near the hotel and saw crocodiles, all kind of birds, etc. the property es super clean and they serve you coffee and tea whenever you want. The owner and his family were really kind, it shows how much they care a about everyone having a good stance. Really friendly, we really liked talking with them. Also no words for the amazing food they cooked. Really nice experience.

The location in front of the lake is wonderful The rooms, very new, comfortable and clean. Run by a very welcoming and incredibly helpful family. Breakfast and dinner, good and abundant with typical local dishes.

An exceptional welcome from the very friendly and helpful staff. We had a lovely room that lead on to the balcony with wonderful views of the lake. The setting of the hotel was beautiful and really peaceful. The hotel also organised our Yala safari, which was excellent. Just wish we had time spend a few days there

Good hotel, I can give 10/10. Because the room was very clean, View was awesome, Staff was very helpful, Environment was really good. Sri lankan food was very tasty at this hotel. Safari tour journey was unbelievable. Great experience. Thank u!!

We loved everything ! Mithila is the best host we ever get ! Rooms are clean with all the needed equipment and AC. But the most important is that she organized us the best safari ! We had a very experienced guide and drivers who allowed us to see the rarest animals. Mithila is available, reactive, effective and super friendly. We recommand at 10000%
