Staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely one of the best we had in Sri Lanka. The location is unbeatable as the hotel is located at the waterfront of Sri Lanka's most hype and beautiful bay Hiriketiya. Rooms were huge and very nicely decorated. Food was amazing and music wasn't running too high and late as some critics here might have suggested. Finding free sunbeds might be a problem for some of the guests, but as we wake up early, we were always able to find free spots. Also, the Staff offered to reserve a sunbed for us, if needed.

Brand new hotel and amazing staff. Especially Momo was super kind and helpful, not only for great service and recommendations for where to go, he did even bring fresh Aloe Vera to treat my Sunburn. Another special thanks to Dammika, the Executive Chef/Cook, who did serve super delicious dinner that was absolutely above and beyond for both, quality and taste, thank you so much! We really enjoyed the pool, room, view, comfortable beds, great service and more. For us the hotel was the best and most relaxing accommodation that we could think of to explore around Tangalle - We would love to come back!

I have travelled around the world many times and this is truly one of my favourite places ever. The service is exceptional and the staff are incredible. The resort is brand new and they have done a wonderful job. The highlight is the pool, also the breakfast is 7 star.

This accommodation was very pleasant for us. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the entire guesthouse is clean. We enjoyed the refreshment in the pool to the maximum. The always smiling owners took very good care of us and tried to fulfill all our requests. The kitchen is really great!! Varied breakfast and a large selection from the menu. We have been traveling around Asia for a long time, but here we ate one of the best grilled fish. You have to try this here!! In fact, everything we tasted was great. The pension is very quiet, with a view of the ocean. A short walk over a small hill with a wonderful view will take you to the beach. There is a shop, a bistro, a bakery, an ATM nearby, just everything you need. When we had the chance, we extended our stay here and had a wonderful relaxing time here. Many thanks to the owners and staff for this. It isn't what to say We will not forget the pleasant time and would like to return. P&M.

We just finished our 4-nights stay in the new room in Sea Bay Inn. This was one of the best stays we had in Sri Lanka: - room was very clean, pretty, with a nice smell, nice view - the location was really good - close to a nice beach, some restaurants around, not far from the city center - very nice and big breakfast - the owner is extremely nice and caring - we felt like at home I am sure everybody that will come here will be satisfied with the place and service provided. It was sad to leave this place.
