We made a last-minute booking and were lucky to get the Sky Villa – a true gem and hidden treasure! The view was absolutely breathtaking, with a private jacuzzi pool and an unbeatable sense of privacy. The service was exceptional, with staff operating at the highest level of professionalism. Totally worth the price. The feeling of being on top of a giant rock is indescribable – truly unique! The room was brand new, and we learned the hotel only opened three months ago. You definitely won’t regret staying here!

What an amazing place! Everything was superb. From the incredible staff who anticipated my every need, to the delicious food and the variety of activities in the area. I was truly surprised by how wonderful the place was. The property is not only perfect for those who appreciate comfort, but also for those looking to explore the nearby cultural sights. The team at the house went above and beyond to make sure our stay was unforgettable! The attention to detail and warm hospitality truly made our experience exceptional. Thank you so much for an unforgettable stay, and I sincerely hope I can return as soon as possible! Breathtaking views from the property, especially from the Deluxe apartment. Interior design is just perfect. It has all necessary facilities. Apartment was very clean. Overall it is not just a place to stay, it is a whole experience that we will never forget. I wish we could stay longer. The owner and his family extremely kind! Everything was just perfect. You HAVE TO stay at Paradise Itzu when in Sri Lanka.

We booked the hotel to have a possibility to see the elephants from the restaurant and from the pool. The expectation was satisfied. But the biggest treasure we get was our guide or transport manager Andrew. He is exceptional person, he will take care of you as the closest friend or relative. You just need to name the thing what you are looking for, and he will arrange everything. If the world would have such people all over, the world would be a better place. Thank you, Elephant Park hotel for having us and arranging our room for our anniversary. Best wishes to you all!

Large clean room. Ac, Tv, hot water. Balcony where you could watch the elephants walk by on the way to the river to bathe. That was a great experience to watch the elephants a few feet from the Balcony and also a couple of minutes walk to watch them bathe.
