We enjoyed the stay very well. Owner of the stay is friendly and he helps us for everything. Breakfast was delicious and rich. Rooms are clean and there is a beautiful living room with a tv to have a rest. Everything is good and me and my family spent a good time as our home in the stay.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely one of the best we had in Sri Lanka. The location is unbeatable as the hotel is located at the waterfront of Sri Lanka's most hype and beautiful bay Hiriketiya. Rooms were huge and very nicely decorated. Food was amazing and music wasn't running too high and late as some critics here might have suggested. Finding free sunbeds might be a problem for some of the guests, but as we wake up early, we were always able to find free spots. Also, the Staff offered to reserve a sunbed for us, if needed.

this property is extremely stylish and the decor was something so different to the other places we had stayed at in Sri Lanka. the food is amazing and all of this is due to the owners having a very personal touch to all the detail. they accessible to their guests from the start of your stay, very approachable and you feel part of something special they have created.

The pictures don’t do this place justice, it’s a gorgeous small hotel run by a fantastic dedicated team. We thought the breakfast here was the best breakfast in Sri Lanka and everyone was so helpful and accommodating.

Amazing staff, so friendly. Perfect location for a few days to relax. Few minutes walk to the beach which was very quiet. We liked that the location didn’t feel touristy at all. Great pool, gym and restaurant. Very good value for money.
