location: a million dollar view over the mekong and amazing sunset. very, very friendly staff - good breakfast - nice clean rooms - cheap laundry we stayed 3 nights: and did a daytrip goldpanning with autentic Khmu and Hmong villages the second daytrip was to the 1OOO year old tea trea primary forest and lots of beautiful views along the road. our guide Pheng was amazing, from the Khmu tribe, so he could give us a lot of information. You can book the daytrips with the hotel: they have many nice daytrips.

The hotel is just new. We booked a 3 bed bedroom. But the owner make a extra bed for my daughter. So we could sleep on the river side.The view is spectacular. And the people over there are super nice and helpful. It's close to restaurants and shops. They will make you a sandwich for breakfast on the boat. There is AC and a fan. They are still improving the hotel.

It’s a little dated but the charms of the people, the location and the generous design make more than up for it. Furthermore your supporting an elephant sanctuary- so all thumbs up.

Brand new and spotless clean. Towel, water, toothbrush and soap provided. Stunning view. Breakfast included. Eventho the accommodation was in walking distance to the pier they picked us up and brought us in the morning.(Google doesnt seem to know yet there is a street connecting directly to the pier and what seems to be the main street.) Seperate toilet and shower which is convenient in the morning.

Spent one night during slow boat trip. Best location, nice owner, who came to meet all his guests from the boat with paper with our names :) I booked in advance so that was cheaper than a day before or the same day.
