On the mekong is as the name says located directly on the mekong. The views are amazing. The rooms are clean and really beautiful. Nice shower as well! The owner Henry & all the staff is super friendly & warmhearted. The cultivate a very concious interaction with the guests, staff and environment. Henry even asked us for our opinion on a building project on site. We would come back any time!

When we booked a room here for five nights, we thought we'd get a nice room at a sweet little boutique (5 room) hotel with views of the Mekong River. Well, we got way more than that. This place is a gem. It is also a living crafts center that supports local textile weavers by providing work space, marketing, and a shop that exhibits and sells their work. Ock PopTok even provides health benefits! It is a beautiful partnership that promotes fair trade and provides sustainable income for the village women, who pass their skills from mother to daughter. Their products are truly beautiful. The grounds are thoughtfully landscaped, quiet and peaceful. The staff is super. It's the people who really make this place special. The open air restaurant serves tasty fresh meals while you watch life on the Mekong roll by and enjoy beautiful sunsets. The room itself was clean, quiet, and mosquito proof, the bed was comfortable, the AC ran efficiently and quietly. We would stay here again.

The hotel manager, PInky was fantastic! From the moment I arrived she provided myself with excellent customer service. She went out of her way to make sure that I was comfortable as before I arrived I was in a motorbike accident. The facilities were spotless and the breakfast was light and refreshing. I would definitely stay again! Great quality and comfort for the price.

Just relax, your at relaxfull. The staff is very nice and the shuttle service is all you really need. Decent prices for drinks at the pool. We required a medical check and the staff took us to a private clinic, which was more than adequate for our needs

Incredibly luxurious property built in a rice paddy on the edge of Luang Prabang. It feels like a private oasis back in time. Large beautiful rooms with comfortable beds, balconies, wonderful bathroom with huge bath tub. Three pools, multiple restaurants, beautiful spa, option classes/experiences on site. Staff was very attentive.

It’s such an amazing discovery uniquely located not far from the town but in a perfect greenery hills and forest. It’s beautifully designed, eco style, simple but with great pinch of taste. Your hosts are looking after for all your needs, food prepared by Frederic and his wife is sublime. I’d stay longer if I could.

What a hotel. Rosewood lives up to expectations. The interiors are stunning. The whole property is beautifully laid out with the old house looking immaculate. I would have loved to stay longer. The staff were such a pleasure. The level of service is superb. We had a pick up from a restaurant where the driver waited for us for over half an hour even though his shift had ended.
