The rooms are big, clean and the service perfect! The staff is incredibly welcoming and their main goal is to make you feel home. Home in this case is an incredibile resort on the side of the Mekong river and offers incredible views and amazing sunsets in a relaxing atmosphere. Absolutely recommended!

The receptionist An was absolutely amazing, so helpful, nothing was too much trouble, always wore a welcoming smile. Without a doubt, the most important staff member in the hotel, I hope she will be rewarded for all her efforts and the professional manner in which she goes about her business. An made my stay a memorable experience, I will definately revisit PhaiLin Hotel on my next visit to Luang Prabang.
