We had a very good stay! The house is very big, clean and shiny. We had a group of 11 people with three kids. There is plenty of space to fit even more people. Very easy contact with Damir where all questions we sorted quickly. I definitly recommend for two or three families or a group of friends. Location is 12 km from airport. Approx 25-30 mins by taxi to city centre and approx 50 mins to Shymbulak ski resort.

We needed a place to crash after arriving late in the evening from the airport. This hotel was not too far from the airport and the beds were cozy. We slept well.

The staff was super friendly and very helpful. That's probably the main highlight of the hotel. The location is convenient. It's close to the very center, but it's still in a quite neighborhood.
