The room is very comfortable. The room is spacious and the bed is comfy. Good lighting. The location is very convenient to visit the old town and the shopping area. Our first trip to Jeonju Hanok Village with my parents, and we had a wonderful stay at Shilla Stay. The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk staff were very kind and professional. I especially appreciated Mr. Roger Song at the front desk who was exceptionally attentive and responsive to my questions and requests. The hotel has a clean, modern atmosphere, and the location is very convenient for exploring the city. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

The location is close to a bus stop. The hotel also helps me send back my working ID card when I forget it in the room. It would be not an easy service because they have to send it from Korea to Taiwan, but they have done.
