Absolutely loved this place. Our unit was right on the river with a nice deck and hammock. The people here were so very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend if you don't mind being 1.8 kms away from downtown. Scooters were available.

Kampot Sweet Boutique is a great hotel with excellent service. This is our second time staying here and we will definitely stay here again. The rooms are large and bright. The staff really make the difference. Special thanks to Sophal who is very kind and professional and always there to help.

The Old Cinema has a very unique architecture and an incredibly charming, and unconventional interior, both in the fantastic common areas downstairs, including the pool and an indoor vegetated "oasis" and in the rooms. A lot of attention is put into the extra detail - for use, for comfort, for the eye. The food was delicious, the staff extremely helpful and kind. I loved it!

We stayed here only for one night and that was great. I enjoyed the interior design of our room very much even though I would have loved to see all the other rooms as well :) The location was very convenient to enjoy what's there to do in the Kampot centre - which is not much - I was glad we have booked to stay at other two places two nights each near / outside Kampot that were both amazing and allowed us to experience also the Kampot countryside and river areas. I went to Kampot years ago and had fond memories but coming back now it seemed that things have changed since and the city centre area and riverfront didn't seem that great anymore, so it was definitely worth it staying in a nice place like the Hotel Hotel La Java Bleue to make it more special :) The hotel staff / manager were very nice and helpful with organising motorbike taxi to the Bokor National Park which made for a fun day combined with the night in town :)

i’ve never stayed in a nicer boutique hotel in cambodia. it’s honestly on the same level as some of the big 5* names in phnom penh, only without all the bullshit. main plus is that it’s completely new / newly renovated. no one wants anything from you. it’s spacious but only a few rooms, so no one bothers you.

Loved everything about our stay, such friendly staff, great pool and brilliant accommodation. The owner even gave us face masks when he heard we were driving to Sihanoukville by scooters that day as the roads were bad and dusty. Highly recommend!
