Muthu is the recommended place to stay if you come to the main Mara Park Service is amazing, special thanks to the outstanding attention from Judy, but all of the staff is great The hotel has a Hippo-Pool and Bar that is much better than advertised, here you can come to wind down with a nice cold local beer after a safari game drive, as the sun goes down Hippos become more active. The hotel is not fenced first night we saw a buffalo in the property, close to the room (1239). Sunsets from the patio look amazing, also there is a bonfire every night where you can just enjoy or talk to other guests

The camp is located in very beautiful surroundings. The staff is so friendly and the sundowner session by the pool every day was so cozy! Felt very safe at the camp, and it was very close to the national park

It was a great location overseeing the valley. And the Maasai Mara park. I had an incredible dinner. The best goat of my life. The people were also super nice. We went for a Nature walk which was lovely. Even after having seen the Governors camp in the paek. It was so cool as we could WALK and not drive between the Zebras and Gnus.

I can't say enough good things about the camp. Firstly, all of the staff were so kind and attentive - they made it clear that if there was anything we needed to let them know. Our game driver Denis who the camp organised for us was just brilliant, gave us the experience of a lifetime. Secondly, the tents are so so nice - completely exceeded our expectations. They were spacious, super clean, had very comfortable beds and had lots of lovey finishing touches. Felt totally safe and you have a real feeling of being in nature. Always hot water which is important, and plenty of plug sockets. Next, the food was very tasty - if you get an opportunity to try the fish and local beer do not miss out! Lunch and dinner each evening was a 3 course meal. Packed breakfast and lunches for the drives were generous portions and the setting for dinner was lovey with a fire pit, the sounds of nature all around and in a bush setting with lovely lights. Lastly, the location is ideal - you are one minute from the gate which allows for the chance to get in early, and also to break up a full-day safari as you can pop back to the camp for lunch and a freshen up if you wish. Truly, a magical time and a great camp. So long as you remember you are in the wild, and embrace the adventure you are sure to enjoy it all 😊

    Keekorok is in fabulous location.

Keekorok is in fabulous location. Especially for Game Drive just outside of camp you Will see many animals. Exactly outside of your room you can walk around and enjoy with Garden and swimming pool and walking toward the Hippo pool takes 5 minutes. Staff were excellent. Sometimes during the day the power went out. And another things which I have to mention the quality of food can be much better. If you pay for full board Drinks not included even water.

Beautiful ensemble. Central location in Maasai Mara.

Beautiful ensemble. Central location in Maasai Mara. About 1 hour to Mara River. The hotel needs a general renovation and is too expensive for what it is offering. Poor breakfast and coffee and only fair dinner.

Staff and location are exceptional, but you get what you pay for. Rooms need an overhaul and definitely a lick of paint. Food was OK, buffet style, but dining is exceptionally busy and waiting/moving can be a bit of a pain
