It was excellent staying at here. sparkling rooms and nice public bath...location is even better!!! it was walkable to many hearts of Kyoto. I will highly recommend.

Excellent value for money - so many thoughtful touches! It was extremely clean, great interior design, very calming and Japanese style. It's very close to Nijo Castle and doesn't take long to get to the hustle and bustle of Gion and other areas. There were some highly rated restaurants nearby but all were booked when we were there so worth looking in advance. The hotel is locked on very cute Kyoto streets.

I am glad booked this hotel. One of the best hotels we stayed in Japan. They have activities in afternoons like geisha show. Fantastic breakfast. Hotel staff extremely polite abd helpful. It has great facilities. Room size is reasonably good size. Comfortable bed. Loved the hotel

The location was perfect for walking to nearby attractions while maintaining a bit of peace from all the tourism. The rooms and cleaning services were top-notch. We enjoyed having pajamas/sleep sets to utilize during our stay.
