The complimentary drinks specially the sake, snacks and tea are very good. The staffs are very helpful and welcoming. We do enjoy and have a very memoriable stay in here. Very good onsen too. Hoping to visit again 😁

We were very impressed with this hotel. The staff were kind and very helpful, the rooms were so new, clean and tidy. The breakfasts were great and we appreciate that they were included. Having the train station nearby was excellent too. We are very pleased! Thank you very much!

Very kind staff. When we had to leave early in the morning for going to the airport, the owner took us by his car to the train station. We felt very welcome and in good hands, thank you so much for the great hospitality!

I loved that the Hotel provided free transportation to the hotel. The hotel is in the main city location. And the room was very clean and the staff gave so many free toiletries as well.
