Incredible service and incredible overall experience. It's like staying in a fancy cabin in the snow. The lounge area with the giant fireplace is awesome, very nice food, very spacious rooms and first class facilities such as the onsens and indoor swimming pool. The decor could be interpreted as dated (as other reviews have stated) but we felt this simply adds to the warmth and cosiness of the establishment. The service here is seriously next level and it is fantastic value for money.

amazing apartment - very spacious, beautiful view out a massive round window, clean, functional, private. staff very welcoming, helpful and accommodating. breakfast was great (including vegetarian adjustments). 5 minute walk to the south gate of Naeba resort (near kids area and gondola). 10-15 walk to the village for a few more dining options.

Great family run establishment near Ootaki Onsen and Kusatsu Tropical Wonderland. It's about a 15 minute walk from Yubatake, but I preferred it since it's not as stinky. The private onsen was free and easy to use anytime. And the room was clean, comfy, and very pretty. I would recommend it for people who are driving (free parking), are bringing younger children, or just anyone who wants to stay a little farther from the crowds and smells near Yubatake. Would definitely stay again!

The whole apartment is a cozy place. Very clean and well equipped. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Dinner provided was also very delicious. We also joined the snowshoe tour and it was very fun. Totally enjoyed it.

This place far exceeded my expectations. It is easily accessible from both bus and train. Many other attractions and restaurants in walking distance. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I ended up eating most of my meals here because the food was incredibly delicious. The onsen has two many pools, one inside and one outside. The only sauna there is available for an affordable private rental of 80 minutes. Super clean and tidy and lots of common space to either find space near people or alone. Large shared kitchen. Highly recommend staying here.

The location was super close to Yubatake just 3 mins walk. The stuff was so so nice. We ask them can we leave our staff here before check-in time and they say okie (check-out day as well I leave my luggage at the hotel and come to pick up before going to bus terminal). In addition, we wake up late so we missed the breakfast but the stuff give us Yogurt and some juice instead which we really appreciate this. They also have heated blanket with really good for winter.

The hotel staffs were friendly and very helpful, and the facialities were great such as there is a free shuttle bus service to go to town center. The buffet for both breakfast and dinner were good and enough choices to select from. I really loved the hot-spring here.
