We loved it here. Everything was great. Staff was very helpful. Olsens were clean and great. Be aware that if you have a Japanese style room you will have to make your own bed and sleep on the floor. We found it interesting.

Very clean, warm and friendly place with an excellent bar downstairs serving fantastic beers and good quality bistro pub food.

Location close enough to walk to ski area. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of food. Great coffe too! Room clean and very comfortable beds. Quiet location. Bonus of hot spring bath on site. On our arrival staff gave directions/map of area in English and suggested places to eat—very helpful as we don’t speak Japanese.
