The hotel is steps away from Fuchu station on Keio Line, and at least 5 large supermarkets on the ground level or one level down. Within 20 mins of walk, there are three to four more train stations, among which Fuchuhommachi is most useful. Soft comfy bed. Room is larger than the average Japanese size. Very friendly staff.

The hotel was fine to stay on a budget and if you are a football fan, it is very close to Tokyo FC stadium and the University for those who may have a child who is going to study there. The staff were very kind, polite and helpful. The room was clean and did not smell of smoke but you could see that it had been a smoking room before. For breakfast you get a voucher to go to a hotel down the road, please note that breakfast in Japan is not like an English or European equivalent.

The size of the room and the friendliness of the staff was amazing! I'm not fluent in Japanese but with the help of the strong wifi and use of Google translate on some occasions and the patience of the staff, I felt really welcome and understood. Location was great too and only 10 min walk from a big shopping centre. Would recommend!

    Fuchu was a wonderful town to stay in on the outskirts of Tokyo. It has a slower, more relaxed atmosphere than central tokyo. The people were friendly and there was plenty to do and see. The tree lined main street leading to the temple was beautiful. And there were some local parks that were nice to walk to.
