Everything! Love the fact that you felt like you were surrounded in the center of Kingston yet still like NY, LA, or Miami. Then, the food was delicious. The staff was courteous; the holiday decor was electrifying and innovative; and lastly, bringing in the new year there was totally with complimentary champagne. 🍾. Just wonderful.

Staying there is a classy experience. Everything is provided with style and attention to detail. I always feel way more important than I am when staying there. Of course the food, service, cookies at bedtime, all add to the overall feel of elegance at Terra Nova.

The breakfast was really good. It was a group of 5 and we all enjoyed the breakfast. The location was perfect for our trip. The property offered a gym, tennis court etc. The bedrooms were clean, and it had complimentary water, tea and coffee.

    Never like nothing there everything was off nothing never...

    Never like nothing there everything was off nothing never enticing I ask for a refund as I entered the room I have to call to get dinner in the middle if the night I was calling other hotels to book and leave out the manager does not ready for her position she don’t have no customer service the only person I gave 70% is the man who call himself the maintenance, the grounds and security even though he when to bed by 8pm. I had so much bd to say but I’m going to stop here but I will never recommend no one to stay there.😭😭and as for me if I’m dreaming that I’m staying there I don’t want to wake.
