Lovliest staff . We loved our stay , warm and cosy you can have a drink anytime. Our room was large enough ...the wall was heated , we were here in December. Siena was 15 minute drive and a fantastic day out. Great restaurants nearby and next door . 10/10 . Great value for $$

Piccolo Hotel San Valentino is set on top of a hill in the middle of the fairytale Val d'Orcia. Among cypress trees, olive groves and crete senesi. The Abbey of San Oliveto Maggiore is about a kilometre away. The hotel has a restaurant, but it closes in the evening, so it's completely quiet at night - the nearest village is several kilometres away. For breakfast we got everything we wanted: there was sheep's cheese, all sorts of spreads, yoghurts, prosciutto if you wanted it and several types of pastries. The room was not large but comfortable, the wi-fi worked, there are mosquito nets on the windows - although there are not many around the hotel, and the room is air-conditioned. We were able to visit a classical music festival in nearby Asciano. And of course all the staff were extremely friendly and willing to help.

Location was very good the hotel was on one of the main roads so leaving and coming back was very easy to negotiate, The owners of the hotel are very nice and nothing was a problem the room we had was very quite and the shower and amenities are top rate. my wife and I will definitely stay here again.

Amazing house very spacious for 5 people, clean and very well equipped with everything you may need. The patio area was perfect we had the dinner there instead of the accommodations restaurant and it was the best. This is the best accommodation we have had the pleasure to stay in whilst in Italy. In the medieval part of the town, within the walls this apartment is amazing. On arrival our hosts collected us for a short drive from the railway station and showed us around the apartment which was larger than we expected. They were so helpful and also provided a great “welcome box” of fine pasta, good local wine and even Easter pastries. Spotlessly clean and has everything needed for a good stay of one or several days. Everything in the apartment was new and high quality. The bed was the most comfortable bed in Italy!! . We would not hesitate to recommend this to others and hope to return.

Location of the farm is on a hilltop and view is very nice and tranquil. Room was very spacious for a family of four -two adults and two teenagers. Beds were very comfy. Breakfast was very delicious with a good selection to choose from. We also had dinner at the onsite restaurant and it was absolutely amazing, the appetizers, to die for, we tried some assorted platers with cheese, cold cuts and some types of bruschetta specific to the area. I was ready to come back from Milan, just to have it again 😃
