Staff were so accommodating and went above and beyond and really looked after us well. More than that they made it feel like everything they did was a pleasure. Sam, Maria and Massimo were all so kind and considerate. The pool area is massive and very beautiful and relaxing and the rooms are well maintained and very well sound proofed. Breakfast was really generous and there was everything you could hope for. Loved it and would definitely be back.

The hotel is very well located close to the basilica. The receptionnist explained everything that we could visit right when we arrived, which was of great help. She gave us very good recommendations. We were also able to enter the room early. The room was very clean and huge. There was everything that you need. There was also a lot of choice for the breakfast. All in all, we were sad to only stay one night there. We will for sure come back!

Absolutely everything was great! This hotel was the nicest and cleanest one we have been on our 1week round trip in Sicily. Lovely rooms (marble floors and highest quality furniture everywhere!), perfect location, warm welcome and outstanding breakfast and service (at the reception, the valet parking, room service and waiters at breakfast - best stuff ever!)

It was just what was needed after 3 weeks of travel and the best way to finish a holiday. Lovely room, clean and not to far from Siracusa. Staff were friendly and always helpful they made everything easy. Beautiful pool and grounds. Shuttle bus to beach and to tourist tours and made us a breakfast to take away on our journey home.

I was looking for an accessible place to reach by car. And I succeeded. I liked the room, the accessibility of the place, the attitude. The respectful attitude and the desire to help and solve things for us. The useful tips for a trip to Ragusa and Ortega. I loved the clear and wonderful pool. The breakfast. I recommend coming here... and be delighted. No ! Sorry! Run here!!!

Quiet and beautiful with the most wonderful staff !! We were looked after so well and they also organised an electric bike for me from a fantastic company who delivered and picked up the bike at incredibly cheap prices !
