Host Paolo’s excellent customer service. he was very kind and generous to us. He introduced excellent bistro and restaurant. He kindly helped to carry our luggages to the parking lot. I am very sure that this hotel is the most comfortable in my journey. I would like to go this hotel again soon. As well as a beautiful little hotel in a picturesque village of Paciano, Claudio the Manager is an exceptional host who constantly made us very welcome and comfortable. The room was lovely and comfortable. Our stay was a highlight of our entire 5 week trip around Europe.

Luigi is an excellent host, nothing was a bother. We enjoyed his travel stories too. The apartment was fully equipped and well laid out. It was a good size and very comfortable. The pool was really refreshing in the heat of the day.

The room, location, amenities (pool, bar, restaurants) are all individually fantastic, but the main reason I would come here again is the friendly staff. Gianni, the owner, is the man who knows everyone and will assist with anything, he is the main reason I will be coming back in future.

The studio/house was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable – a perfect home away from home. Breakfast was tasty and satisfying, with enough variety to start the day right. Parking right in front of the property was very convenient, and the swimming pool was a real highlight – clean, well-kept, and perfect for relaxing after a day out. Overall, a lovely place to stay and one I’d happily return to.
