"The place is very clean and absolutely beautiful. I loved how it has preserved its old charm in such an elegant way. The hotel is a historic palace, and some rooms still maintain the original wall paintings, which is truly fascinating. Inside the palace, there is also a cave and five indoor and outdoor thermal pools filled with natural hot sulfur water. The pools rely entirely on natural thermal waters coming from the mountain springs. These springs are rich in minerals such as sulfates, calcium, and magnesium, making them therapeutic and beneficial for the joints, skin, and overall relaxation, without any chlorine. The ladies at the reception were very kind and helpful, which made the experience even better. My stay was wonderful, and I will definitely repeat it."

Fabio was a fantastic host from beginning to end water bottles and ice cream for the kids and coffee for the grown ups, he also helped arrange a taxi for the morning airport run. The little town was beautiful to walk around later in the evening with a small playground directly over from the home.

We stayed here to have some peace from the city centre. It was really quiet, yet we were still close to Pisa and a really nice (free) beach!! The place was nice and spacious and also very neatly clean. The terrace was a wonderful place to play card games and drink some beer! We definitely recommend.

We loved the area, very quiet and green. The best was the staff, Silvia, Nicola, Marco and the rest, so kind and helpful. We had some good conversations with all of them. We also loved playing with Jerry, the lovely dog of the hotel. Ah, almost forgot about the amazing dinner we had. If you can, try the restaurant!!

Very friendly owners, clean, parking in front of the house. The fact that there was coffee for the moka, oil, salt, pepper, etc was a real bonus. Information about restaurants, lovely design and ample outdoor space which will be great in summer (no grill).

    Beautiful room with comfy beds and bathroom in een green surrounding with very kind owners. We could even see the Pisa tower from our bedroom!There was airconditioning in the room and in the morning we were welcomed for a simple but good Italian breakfast and good coffee. Our 2 year old son loved it too. We would definitely come back.
