Location is very good and charming. Is an old fashion house, in the center of Monteroduni. Maybe the value for money in the period of the festival is not so satisfying.

The room was in new condition and clean. There was a hairdryer and a fridge in the room, also an air conditioner and everythink worked well. A rich breakfast buffet was offered, which ist not natural in sothern Italy, but important for us as cyclists. The personal was very friendly and helpful.

This place really exceeded our expectations. We stayed both in one of the rooms and in one apartment. In both cases rooms are spacious, super clean, strong wifi signal, very well equipped, cozy and very comfy. The owners/staff are a bonus: super kind, friendly, reachable at all times, attentive to what we may need during our stay, trustworthy. They gave us extra help with our suitcases so we could better organize ourselves and enjoy beautiful Isernia a few more hours before departing :) . They also shared excellent tips on what to visit and where to eat. We are truly very grateful and definitely recommend this place. We will be back!

Everything was excellent. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. On arrival some goodies are waiting, like croissants, small cakes, and other sweets. The apartment itself is absolutely clean. The host is very nice and does everything to make your stay a pleasant one. I would stay there again anytime. Thank you very much.

    In the annual national contest sponsored by RAI, 'Il Borgo...

    In the annual national contest sponsored by RAI, 'Il Borgo dei Borghi', Monteroduni represented Molise. The pristine hilltop village of 600 came in eighth place, and was proudly relayed to me by the residents. A lovely place to visit as an excellent example of these small villages that really are the soul of rural Italy. The Castello Pignatelli, built by the Normans in the 11th Century stands out in the center of the town and is available for visitors to tour. There are a few good caffe-bars that provide nice vistas into the surrounding countryside and neighbouring mountains, as well as an excellent 'pizzeria' (it's really much better than just that, and imperative to make a booking). The last days of July are centered around the Eddie Lang Jazz Festival, and also worth visiting. Lovely village !
