We would like to mention that this small boutique 22 room hotel is amazing and the staff exceptional, especially the hotel manager Manuel. We had a beautiful stay, the hotel is in a great location, quiet, the bed comfortable and within walking distance to almost everything. If you are visiting Milan and want to live like a local, the very knowledgeable and “elegante” Manuel will make sure your stay is the most memorable. From local attractions, superb dining options, how to get around the city and a gentleman who makes you feel like the only guest in the hotel, you must stay here. Nothing was ever too difficult and delivered with good humour and a cheeky smile. The adjoining Argentinian restaurant serves great bar snacks and quality drinks (thanks Antonio) within a beautiful dining ambiance, and the nearby Artisan Princi bakery, delicious. (at Bulgari prices) Grazie Mille. We will be back.

We had a great time in the 21 House of Stories. All hotel employees were exceptional, every one of them was friendly, kind and helpful. Breakfasts were delicious too, rooms spick and span.

Perfect location near the Duomo. Very convenient for sightseeing and for eating out. We attended the Christmas Mass at the Duomo. Perfect for this as well. The staff are friendly, flexible, prompt and helpful. We stayed several days and the breakfast room team starting with Ruddy and Chiara were excellent. The breakfast itself was very good with wide choices.

It was lovely hotel, from design of the lobby to the rooms. Room service was fantastic, they cleaned my room and organized my makeup stuff in the bathroom like no other place. Also the spa in the hotel was great. Breakfast is super delicious.
