Perfect accomodation in every way, beautiful apartment with big terrace and nice decor. The bed was comfortable with nice linien that guarenteed a good night sleep. Marylin, the owner, did everything to grant us a good stay and took care of ordering a transport to the airport. We highly recommend!

This is a great location for your visit in Italy. We stayed here only few nights as we wanted to visit Rome. But if we knew this location before we definitely booked longer. Its very close to a nice sand beach, and very nice full size appartment which is very modern and super clean. After we booked the owner was very helpful with assistance and also very easy to communicate with via Whatsapp. So language is not a problem at all. Friendly owner and great value for the money. Plenty of locations to go for dinner or breakfast as well. Thanks for the opportunity we had to enjoy this appartment.

    I only stayed 1 night (my flight was changed 2 days before...

    I only stayed 1 night (my flight was changed 2 days before travelling, to the previous day, and I wanted to wait for my daughter who was arriving the following day) so an unplanned stay really, I wanted to be close to the airport, so when booking I didn't know anything about the area.

    FYI for travelers taking public transportation: it does take...

    FYI for travelers taking public transportation: it does take awhile to get to the guest house where I stayed in Focene, requiring a 30-minute regional train from Terminii (3 euros) and depending on your timing, a half-hour wait for a bus ride of about 40 minutes (1 euro). But then just a short walk to the guest house from the bus stop and there is a Conad's grocery store en route which is helpful. I did not see the beach area of Focene, which might be very nice; the area I stayed was a very modest neighborhood simply to spend the night/get to the airport quickly the next morning.

    The perfect place to stay after a long day of flying - 10...

    The perfect place to stay after a long day of flying - 10 out of 10 - Marliena was very responsive over what’s app, and was able to help with transportation and answer any questions we had… Very promptly. For that reason alone, I would say that this is a great place to recover from a long flight, or to get ready for your next day of travel.

    Close to the beach, apartment very clean and tidy with good facilities. There was a nice restaurant with great atmosphere called ca Cinqi about 300 yards from apartment. My advice would be to provide more bedding for sofa bed.

    nice and clean not for sensitive noise carers only one pizza place no restaurant open at this season good for being close to airport good to make taxi reservation before airport taxis dont want to give service as it is too close breakfast bread honey and coffee no fresh fruits or vegetables ; no cheese and olives : no egss
