Excellent choice considering location - host was polite, rooms very clean (to be honest, one of the cleanest places I have been), well equipped kithecn and spacious bedroom for 4 people. Breakfast was simple, but fulfilling. Would defenitely recommend to spend your night or two there while heading to East Iceland.

Very spacious cottage, the most comfortable stay in my 12 days trip, room is clean and comfortable, quite and peaceful, beautiful view around.

There are two famous restaurants near the hotel . And it used card key not the original key that’s easy for me to enter the room. In the morning, I can see the sea view which is very cool

The location, perfect for seeing (or trying to see) the northern lights. It's very close to the village of Hofn (12 minute drive) and about an hour drive from Jokulsarlon glacier lake. Very friendly staff, great breakfast, amazing views. The rooms are also very spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities needed.

Just 5 minutes’ drive from Höfn in south-east Iceland, this hotel is found along Route 1, close to the country’s largest glacier Vatnajökull.

Conveniently located off the ring road, before turning heading on to Hofn. Nice big room. It was located in another building on the site, separate from the reception building. It had a big lounge area which made for a nice place to relax outside fo our room but still in the warmth.
