The location is easy to find, there have restaurants and supermarket nearby.I would gladly recommend this guesthouse to anyone.Bathroom was super clean.Easy check-in. Everything works well.Gullfoss and Geysir can be reached in ~30min by car.The host gave us welcome Iclandic chocolate, which was a really nice surprise!

Absolutely beautiful attention to detail, loved all the old artifacts, pictures etc and that they preserved the history of this historic building! Rooms were cute with a great view, comfy beds and adequate info about everything. Dinner was good quality for the price, the coffee in the morning was some of the best I´ve had in Iceland. All the staff were exceptional, friendly and professional, and Dan at reception gave us all the info, answered our questions, was very informative about everything, polite and friendly. Whoever is in charge here, knows what they´re doing and has anticipated guest needs. Everything was clean, they provided slippers, cozy common areas and so nice to be able to see the history of the place decorating the hotel.
