Everything was perfect. Room was clean and spacious with a comfy bed. We didn't have a breakfast as we had an early flight but they prepared breakfast boxes for us, that was appreciated. Local restaurant (El Faro) has some good options and we had nice dinner there.

The rooftop pool was lovely and the bed was comfortable. Good size room for europe. Free shuttle to the airport in the morning was convenient for us. Staff were very friendly. Robes were provided to walk to the pool.

We were welcomed by very helpful staff that solved our issues with finding a taxi that transports us with a baby seat. Furthermore, we could have breakfast a bit earlier as we had an early flight. The room was huge and very well equipped. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom more spacious than the average hotel bathroom.

Our room was upgraded to a suite. We thanked the receptionist and mentioned to her how wonderful that was as it was our 30th wedding anniversary. We had also mentioned we would be getting a bite to eat in the restaurant, she told the staff in the restaurant and they prepared a dessert for us with fireworks in it, a very classy act. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

    Gardur is a convenient location close to the airport. The room was very nice and the bed was comfortable, The access was easy with no stairs for brining in luggage. I liked the small town and visiting the lighthouses nearby. I enjoyed my stay here and would stay here again.

    We stayed for six nights in one of the Gardur studios, which was a great place to spend our time in Iceland. The apartment was clean, fully equipped and cozy. We even managed to watch the northern lights from the window of our bedroom. Something that we will never forget. Margret is wonderful, always helpful in case you need. Thank you for everything

    We booked the apartments after a week in a Campervan and it couldn’t have been more perfect for a final night in Iceland! The interior is SO stylish and everything is thought of, from the spices in the kitchen to extra toiletries in the bathroom! Watching the snow come down whilst sat in the hot tub was the icing on the cake.

    The hotel was really cozy, with lighthouse and beautiful sea view only few minutes by walk. The staff was kind, helpful and understanding when our flight got unexpectedly delayed by almost a day. Would definitely recommend the stay!
