Everything and everyone was beyond exemplary . Kannan and Jitesh out of the world...we had booked a car for a dinner at a friend's place at the army staff quarters...the car was to arrive at 20.15. When it didn't, we were worried that we would be late. Kannan just did not hesitate and asked Jitesh to drop us 4 kms away in dense fog....amazing service to say the least

I had a fantastic stay. The location was convenient, amenities were well-maintained, and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff provided excellent service, making my stay enjoyable. There was ample car parking space for the guests, which is great. Highly recommended.

The property indeed reminded of Kashmiri heritage. The interiors and furnishings were authentic. Rooms were spacious, neat and clean. Food was delicious and the service was exceptional. Shout out to Mithun (chef), Shambu and Shahid who took good care and made the trip memorable. Property is nestled between the tea gardens and the location is ideal to visit places.
