What a wonderful and welcoming place. Good size room, with tea making facilities. And of course the rooms are fresh and clean. Great to have a balcony overlooking the Banasura with amazing sunrise views. Really enjoyed the restaurant too along with a very good chef! The staff are a brilliant team, with a special mention to Sajimon who went above and beyond every time, especially when one of us was not well. He made sure we went to a good hospital to get sorted, and we were so grateful. The views were amazing.

Resort Was beautiful, very well maintained and tastefully decorated. All areas felt like they had thought off, it’s a beautiful place and delight to stay. It has nice walks, bonfire place, water stream, walking or cycling option, gym, clean and well maintained swimming pool. Rooms are beautiful, with everything that one would want to make your vacation feel like one. We had taken the room with Mountain View, we had reasonable view, some of it was blocked by huge trees, we spotted few animals, it had a balcony, it had huge glass windows which was a delight to just lie down and enjoy the nature. It has good Wi-Fi signal through out the property. Reception The receptionist Sujit was very courteous, friendly, polite and very helpful. Manager We met Arijit- he is the organisational consultant. He was again extremely nice, pleasant, friendly. He took extremely good care of us through out our stay. He made us feel very special. He went there extra length to make sure we got original South Indian food, he got the chef to speak to is ensuring we got the food that we wanted. We wanted to watch the final football match, he made sure the projector was setup and even offered all the guests complimentary tea coffee and snacks. A small gesture which didn’t cost much but the effect was phenomenal on all of us. Staff All the staff have been trained to make all the guests feel special. They are very pleasant, polite and helpful, it was a delight interacting with all of them. They served with a smile and genuinely cared. Chef Benny Varghese came to us and made sure food was to our taste, he even cooked us original South Indian food. Waiter Altaf made us feel special with his very polite manner and smiling face. Food We enjoyed everything we ordered, we thought it was reasonably priced too for a resort. 5 stars to the chef Benny- he can cook really well and 5 stars to his team who serves the guests with a smile.

Everything starting from the location. Wonderfully located inside jungle and the staff were amazing. Food was excellent and were the facilities. Couldn’t join any activities due to rain but I’m sure they would be awesome as well

Completely nestled in verdant tropical green of the little-visited Wayanad region. Renju was an impeccable manager, arranging meals, vehicle services and anything I might have required. He was assisted by the ever-smiling Sagar and wife, the latter preparing the many superb meals I ate during my stay. Coffee was some of the best I’ve ever had the pleasure of sampling, sourced from their own fields. Each cottage is sited up amongst the coffee plants, tranquil and spacious, with their own balcony facing the valley. I rarely had any reason to leave the farm during my 4 nights, though I enjoyed walking down to the main house throughout the day for a coffee and relaxing place to read or write or simply to observe the forest from a lower vantage.

    It's a nice place for max 3 days trip.

    It's a nice place for max 3 days trip. It was not so cold as expected. You can go out with out winter clothes in December month. There are many adventures activities available here. Kids and young people will definitely enjoy this place. Banasura Dam was my favourite place.

    The location of this property is outstanding, providing a perfect setting to enjoy the natural surroundings. However, I would not recommend the Hideaway Chalet with Valley View at its current price, as the property needs to address issues with room cleanliness, safety, soundproofing, and proper blackout features.

    Staff was courteous and helpful, no doubt. However it was more mechanical than applied. Food was good, but a variety wud have been appreciated. Help on local sight seeing was forthcoming but should be more qualitative than summery. Big balconies were welcome but were not useable as protection from monkeys was absent. Nets wud have helped, as was put in restaurant. And the bath linen was not clean and lacked recycling care.

    I had two days stay in the hotel.This hotel is in the middle of the forest.If someone is bored of the urban life this is one the finest place to relax and chill.It’s worth for 2 to 3 days stay.Few difficulties I found with the property is the accessibility.We have to travel around 2 to 3KM off-road to reach the property.I enjoyed it as I had an SUV with me,I believe this road will be quite difficult for small cars. I had a feeling that the hotel could have organise some kind of activity for the customers like trekking or something else to spend some time on. Overall my stay was pleasant and comfortable.I had a good time with brookside.cheers!!!!

    Recommended by a friend and one of the best places I've been. Very pristine and local experience, unlike other commercialized hill stations in TN and Kerala. Weather was perfect. We went during monsoons but the rains added a new level to the experience.

    There is no safety for customers roof tiles may fall on your head any time and in that case they provided alternative room which is inferior quality and low standards. Highly unsafe for children and elders. Management focus only on money making and no responsibility towards their fault.

    I have stayed at here several times with my family and friends durring my visits to Wayanad. It's one of the best stays in the Area. The rooms we we're given were clean, spacious and had all the basic amenities we needed. One of the best highlight for me was the balcony in rooms we could spend endless hours enjoying the fog covered view.

    The location is fantastic!! The view from the room is to die for. The staff were very helpful, always trying to help out, especially Manu. The rooms were squeaky clean and spacious. I will always stay here whenever I visit Wayanad. The only thing that would help more if you could accept card payment 🙂
