The Manager of the property is the best. He takes care like a family member. Extremely passionate about his service. If you want to explore the city, please ask him for his ingenious hand-drawn plan specially for you. Breakfast is modest and since you go for a visit of the city and exploring, the best restaurants are around the Golden Temple, you don't mind the light breakfast. The staff keep enquiring if you wish to have tea or coffee and offer you as a good gesture on complementary basis. If you want to go to this property, please take hotel arranged car/driver. The complete stay in all. The place, the services, the cleanliness, and the food were all excellent. It was very in the heart of the city, neither too crowded nor too isolated. Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
