The property is in prime location. However, the cleanliness of the property is not good. The staff is not welcoming, need to request anything multiple times. They don't even provide drinking water and charge an extra amount on the bottle price also

The staff were really friendly and helpful, check-in process was smooth and effective.Room service was excellent and the food i had was delicious. Staff at the hotel are really exceptional and delivered excellent customer service. Thank you all! Will definitely stay at this property when i visit Vijayawada in the near future.
