Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Ather and his parents treated us like family. Gave us a tour of their house, prepared delicious food for us and had long chats with us. Our room was spacious and clean. There is even a fully stocked kitchen attached to the room and a beautiful lawn outside. Highly recommended!

Phase 1 offers thrilling winter sports, and an afternoon tour of Gulmarg city, lasting about 1-1.5 hours, is a delightful addition to the experience.

    Gulmarg is vy boring place ..no good food outlet in gulmarg..every where is only Halal (meat fr Muslims)Horse's potty is every where no Cleanness authority never pay any attention to Gulmarg sorrounding areas no sheds ..if u want to sit n njoy d nature pony potty smells disturb u mentally ...No Hindu n Sikh food corner's..vendor's are vy dirty becoz gulmarg authority baan on construction n renovation overall don't come to Gulmarg 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

    The place is great, but beware of the scams - shoes scam, horses scam, gondola queue jumping scam, and a long queue for entry to the gondola. I dont know if I will get a refund for the cancelled part of phase 2 of gondola ride.

    The sunset view was home away from home . Every one made us feel so comfortable Muzamil was on his toes to make sure we have the best of our stay. The property is so beautiful we maintained extremely clean surrounded u apple farms . Food was amazing our kid enjoyed the space in the room and the corridors we have super experience. While the location and food were decent, the views from the hotel were quite average. Additionally, the authentic Kashmiri dishes didn’t quite meet expectations, though they have a nice buffet.
