Though it is a new venture, just two months old, there were a few teething problems, vis. the Menu was not fully evolved. The staff went out of there way to produce out of Menu items. Missed a glass of wine/beer though as they don't have a Bar yet. The F&B, Front Desk, Maintenance and the house keeping staff are excellent and provided the requisite service with a huge smile.

High quality hotel, with very friendly and helpful staff. The general manager Gautam went out of his way to make me feel welcome. The restaurant has excellent vegetarian dishes for breakfast. Rooms are spacious and clean. I would absolutely recommend this place.

Its location and proximity to Dhuandhar falls . Good view of the falls and surroundings . Narmada Aarti by the resort . Rooms provided in the mobile van structure was a maiden experience . Liked the Poha made in breakfast . Availability of carts for to and fro transfer was always available

The hotel management are wonderful.They treat us with smile. They give us a very good service and support in need of help. The tour to the Marble Rock place outside Jabalpur was enjoying. Our stay is remarkable. We recommend tourst to vist and stay at this hotel. The hotel is at city rail way stasjon.

My stay at Hotel Cozy Residency was very comfortable. The hotel is at one of the best locations in Jabalpur, making everything easily accessible. This was my second time staying here, and just like the first time, the experience was excellent. The rooms are clean, the staff is polite and helpful, and the overall service is impressive.
