We had great stay, nice farm stay, with staple Chiccken, sheep, 5+ horses, friendly dog and a cat Horse Gary was very friendly And next day morning my daughters had Horse riding lessons from Jes Property was surrounded by Farm lands and lovely view of Brandan hill Overall it’s absolutely brilliant stay we would love to go again

Exceptionally clean, large rooms, great facilities well maintained. The property was in a beautiful and peaceful location. Silvia, the host, was extremely welcoming and was very attentive. I would highly recommend to anyone.

The hosts were super friendly and very helpful. Told us where to visit and eat around the area. The bedroom was so clean and fresh, and the bed was super comfortable, as were the pillows. The room is very big and spacious.The tv in the bedroom had firestick, which meant we had every channel you could think off which was great for relaxing on the comfy recliner sofa in the room. Big bathroom with bath loads of hot water and washing products supplied there also. The view were stunning, and their little dog dingo was just super cute. Very fast and speedy Internet. To our suprise the communal kitchen had everything you needed, and they had left out items such as crossiants and cereal bars to have with you coffee in the morning, which was complimentary. Can't wait to return to the stables.

The accomodation was perfect - it was comfy, peaceful and was a hidden gem. The cabin had everything we needed and the kids were delighted and loved the whole experience, we just wish we had been staying another night!

    Such a beautiful place you can rent bikes to go along the canal also boat trip! Beautiful chipper fab pubs and just beautiful scenery if your looking for a relaxing night away this is it. The staff in water side guest house are absolutely lovely & so helpful! Also the breakfast is amazing. I will continue to come back every year with my children as they love to fish for the Minos in the canal so bring some fishing nets and a bucket for some extra fun.

    We stayed in Graiguenamanagh because we were going fly...

    We stayed in Graiguenamanagh because we were going fly fishing in Kilkenny the next day, as well as touring Kilkenny Castle. I wish we had more time to explore the town - it looked lovely as we drove out! We arrived very late and left right after breakfast, unfortunately.

    Graiguenamanagh is a lovely little town, with beautiful views of the river and great facilities for canoeists , swimmers and paddle-boarders. There is also a river boat for trips. The location is excellent, with beautiful views, great walks, and places to sit, have a coffee and drink it all in. The Waterside Guesthouse is in a fantastic location right on the river. The food is excellent, as are the staff. Graiguenamanagh is in the heart of the beautiful countryside and close to towns for shopping and restaurants.

    Lovely peaceful quiet little place., met some lovely people the locals mostly were so so nice and couldn’t do enough for us as it’s our first time away in a long time but it was definitely worth the visits and I can’t wait to go back again. 😊

    Excellent location, close to lots of picturesque towns and villages like Borris and Graiguenamanagh as well as Kilkenny City. Plenty of choice of activities like parks and golf courses. Brandon View has great mountain scenery of its own as well. Rooms are tidy and clean with WiFi and TV. Helen's home cooked Irish breakfast was excellent. Highly recommended.

    Breakfast was very delicious and the location was perfect, right by the water. You could dine inside or outside, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We rented bicycles right from the hotel and that process was quick and easy. We were travelling with 5 people so it was nice to have a room that also has a single bed in it.

    We have stayed here before. The hosts are kind and helpful. It is a very short drive to Graiguenamanagh. The kitchen and sitting areas are spacious and open to use. The bathroom is shared as stipulated but spotless and well stocked. The bed was very comfortable

    Nice room in a house not far from Graiguenamanagh. Excellent bed. We went to the Festival of Writing and Ideas in Borris House and we were quite late checking in. We were grateful for the host's kind understanding.
