The staff was friendly and welcoming. Our room was a corner room with lots of light, a large bathroom, and a separate closet with tea/coffee supplies. The bed was clean and comfortable. The room had a couch. The hotel had a nice bar where food was available during the day. The restaurant that opened at 5 pm was very good with friendly wait staff. A special thank you to the table server from Ukraine, who was very welcoming to us. The hotel offers a very helpful shuttle to the airport, which we used twice.

The staff were excellent from the courtesy bus driver to the server.my site and itself have been staying at The Carlton for at least 25 years The latest changes are very noticeable in-the main lobby ,the bedroom the staff training ,food helping more than generous and good quality at a reasonable price.We travel to the U.S. twice each year and would recommend The Carlton to any of our friends. A great start to our vacation, Every successs, Fred millar room 216.

This place is the jackpot. Extremely confortable, modern and spacious. It is a vacation in a vacation. There was nothing to complain about, everything was perfect. It was a 5* stay, but essentially on an almost 5* budget.

    The hotel located right next to the airport was perfect for...

    The hotel located right next to the airport was perfect for us to just crash after a long travel and the public transportations available right outside to the city served as a perfect opportunity to view the city as we traveled to the heart of it. The bar and diner inside the hotel was a life saver! The staff were very polite friendly and helpful. Shuttle service was prompt and friendly and just 3 minutes to the airport and was hassle free to start our journey again. We felt very comfortable. The location was safe, quiet was worth the price.

    My visits to the Clayton Cloghran are now irregular due to retirement but it’s just top marks for all the services and all the staff. The easy key collection service is wonderful. I couldn’t find any fault with the services and it’s a place for a perfect rest, in a very comfy bed, before travelling abroad

    I always stay at the Cloghran the day before flying out of...

    I always stay at the Cloghran the day before flying out of Dublin...it makes it so much easier than the hecticness of the long trip to the airport then flying out the the same day. Arriving at the hotel, having a nice meal, and a comfortable bed takes the hectic ness out of travel.

    perfect place to stay if catching a flight out of Dublin airport. Hotel has shuttle to the terminals. So if you have a hire car you can check it in and take the shuttle, and a big plus, there is a petrol station just up the road from the hotel for you to fill your rental car up before drop off.
