Everything was perfect and convenient for us. Room is clean and comfortable. Staff is nice and available 24/7 (we arrived at 3 in the morning). Breakfast is a buffet with a lot of choice. They also have a nice swimming pool and gym that we did not use. Free shuttle to the airport

For the price, it's PERFECT! friendly staff, the decoration inside looks beautiful, and the breakfast was delicious There was even an ATM inside, and they provided free shuttle to the airport

    Very close to the airport with excellent shuttle service which is free. Hotel and rooms are exceptional and staff so pleasant and helpful, especially Fajar who always greeted us with a big smile and couldn't do enough to help. Only disappointment was no balcony but it's not a big deal.

    Staff were amazing, they took me to and from the airport. They made me breakfast boxes. It was so convenient and a well designed comfortable business hotel. Good value too. I will definitely return next time I am in Indonesia and highly recommend.
