Beautiful location, we booked last minute for a stay near the airport and were amazed by how beautiful the property is. Great room and facilities, and the staff is wonderful. We arrived late and they went above and beyond to find us some dinner when the restaurant was closed. Only a 10min ride from the airport, so easy to catch flights but you’ll want to stay longer! The restaurant nearby closed at 8 and no food options nearby so be aware when arriving late.

We had a perfect stay at hotel El Tropico. All the personnel are very polite, friendly and helpful. We also got some good advice to visit Selong beach for surfing and had a great day there. The swimmingpoolarea at the hotel is beautiful and we had some great cocktails and snacks here. The hotelroom is beautiful and had everything we needed. We would definitly come back again.

Great location close to all Kuta shops and restaurants and very quiet on the other hand. Bungalows are spacious, clean and very comfortable. Even a little kitchen is inside. Each bungalow has a little private grass terrace and separated by high plants from the pool. The latter is big and warm, nice to chill there after the surf day. The staff is very welcoming, helpful and attentive. Helped us with every request. Would love to come back!

This is a place, a home, that has given us peace and made us feel so so welcome. The service is excellent and the staff is amazing. Marlisa and her team just wants you to relax and feel comfortable while travelling and that has been a privilege. Thank you so much for everything you guys did. The idea of having a private pool for each room is excellent - although the pool is not big, it is very welcoming and surrounded with beautiful plants and a nice sitting area, all completely private. Enjoyed staying there a lot.
