Lovely design, the houses are beautiful and clean, surrounded by a beautiful garden. The people working there are super nice. I basically chose this because it's so pretty and affordable, including breakfast and very close to the airport. I arrived in the late evening and wanted to sleep somewhere close by. Outside bathroom is also very stylish.

Very professional treatment from the start. The hotel is close to everything. Very lovely pool and magnificent service. The hotel is fresh and clean, the staff do everything to make you feel comfortable. The food in the hotel is better than outside restaurants. 5 stars for everything. Will definitely return to this hotel.

We had the most wonderful stay at Lobster Bay – truly a place to remember! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning location. This is a place, a home, that has given us peace and made us feel so so welcome. The service is excellent and the staff is amazing. Marlisa and her team just wants you to relax and feel comfortable while travelling and that has been a privilege. Thank you so much for everything you guys did. For booking us a transfer to the harbour, for serving us every day with all our questions, for the lovely breakfast and the clean beds every morning. Excellent dorm facilities, the lockers and bathrooms are just outside so the dorms are really quiet for a good night's sleep. I met some other solo travellers here too. Scooter rental and surf lessons are easily available. I would especially recommend the Ladies Bike tour where some local ladies show you around town, they are so friendly and it was great to chat with them about living in Lombok! great value tour too.

The staff are very responsive to our needs thank you for the stay!! The room is quite roomy and great for a couple. The location is only slightly away from the main road, quiet enough and still central - recommend to get a bike! Highly recommend this place!!
