We loved the facilitiws even tho many stairs .. The staff was helpful and always smiling and really sweet.. The most comfy bad I slept on in the entire Asia, and we’ve been everywhere.. slept like a baby.. Nice view and nice breakfast.. great coffe Definilty coming back..

Our stay here was wonderful. The hosts are really easy going and helpful. They are attentive and really kind. The village is really pleasant as well and it's very close to the beach and senggigi. You can rent scooter from the nephew ! Bagus !!

Would absolutely recommend, the place is on a side road so you're in a very quiet place but still only 5min walk to the beach. Super nice hosts, great recommendations for activities and planning, they really make you feel at home! A/C works perfectly, bed is comfortable, breakfast was just delicious (go for the banana pancakes!). Scooter rental possible for a very good price, recommended!

Ani is a very nice host. She takes care about everything and organize taxi and day-travel to the Gili-Islands. The Villa with the beautiful garden is in a very quit place. The swimming-pool is absolut great and you can spend the whole day there. The room, bed and bath are clean and comfortable. The Villa is outside Seniggi, but Ani organise a scooter, so it's easy to explore the beaches around. We definetly can recommend the Villa Serena to everybody, wo want's to be away from the ressort-tourism.

This place has definitely exceeded all our expectations! Compared to many other more expensive options in the area, this was a total surprise for how comfortable and beautiful the place is. The pool is very clean, the green surroundings give lots of needed shade, the staff is friendly and helpful. We stayed in a smaller house and had our own kitchen too. It's only a 5 min walk to the beach.

    I would've stayed forever in Mangsit.

    I would've stayed forever in Mangsit. A very authentic place, with friendly locals. Personally I love Lombok coffee, so much better than the Balinese (and being South American, I find it even better than the Brazilian and some Colombians). The beaches are incredible, wild and clean. Our trip to the nearby beach of Pandanan was amazing, saw two turtles not far from the coast. Not as good as Gili Islands for snorkeling, but still very good. Can't wait to be back to this place! Thank you, Mangsit!

    Mangsit is a lovely tropical steep jungle valley

    Mangsit is a lovely tropical steep jungle valley around 2km of local Indonesian communities including the sasak people, Balinese, Javanese and western expats . It is very safe to walk around without being harassed by street vendors. Many welcoming smiles as I walked through the villages. A very relaxed atmosphere

    Gorgeous clean pool and area.great shaded areas. Large outsode table if u are a large group. Great sun beds. Room is massive. Large bed. Such good value. Only 4 rooms, more like private villa than a hotel. I had the whole thing to myself and it would be amazing for a group of people who know eachother. Kettle insode room with i stant coffee and water provided. Space inside for parking scooters/ cars off the road. New coco cafe just uo the road does amazing food at local prices.

    For the price a good hotel. The hotel itself is nice and it's staff are super helpful, for example to organize a rental scooter or a car for transport. The bed is comfy and the room OK. Unfortunately, the bathroom smells of mold or waste water. With the vent in the room and the aircon always on it was bearable. We did not change room though because as we walked by other rooms, we could smell it as well from the opened doors. That was unfortunate.

    Loved this newly renovated hotel! The room was very clean with a beautiful sea view. Lovely pool with views of the mountains. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Perfect location — close to everything but still quiet. Would definitely stay again!

    Stayed here 3 times whilst in Lombok loved it so much. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. The location is in a quiet street off main road. Really nice rooms, gray breakfast. Wouldn’t definitely stay again in Lombok.
