Amazing experience! From the free shuttle from the BBT terminal, the welcome coconut milk drinks, the warm smiles of all the staff, the room cleanliness and ocean + sunrise view, the food, and the common areas with bean bags and hammock everywhere. We went to the resort in May and it was very peaceful and quiet, we basically had the whole common pool for ourselves. The staff and local people in the area were amazing, incredibly welcoming and kind. We fell in love with the people of Bintan. The food at the hotel restaurant Azura is really tasty, especially the smoothies. We drank those all day everyday! We also booked a tour from the hotel and it was really nice!
