Everything is super. We had very memorable stay with sanctoo. All the staff are attentive. They show the truly hospitality with no discrimination. Feel welcome on every step that you take in this establishment. Worth the money with all the benefits that we get. It's just like one pack excellent short escape with Sanctoo from our daily routine.     It is remote location with not much accessibility to shopping, restaurants, and other activities. Recommended for people who prefer calm and quiet area and has vehicle for commutation. No spas available nearby, need to go to Ubud center.

    Staff were amazing.

    Staff were amazing. Very helpful this seems to the case in every hotel we have been at in Bali. The area around it is interesting. The rooms were nice with pleasant views. The bath is a bit of a hazard as you can only enter bath, and put on water or open plug from bottom end. We avoided this by just showering but it is an issue for the frail or elderly.

    Nice house with its own pool, nice rooms, good beds and cozy living room with TV. Every day you could take a bus into Ubud from the hotel, free of charge. and otherwise the hotel was helpful in finding a driver for other trips. The hotel's surroundings are like a beautiful park, but cozy times lakes and small cozy places to side the morning food was delicious every morning we can only recommend hotels

    The hotel is composed of small houses. We stayed in Bambu which has a swimming pool. The area is very quiet, in the nature. The view on the terrace rice field is stunning. The staff is very friendly. We had a great time. The location and experience was beyond our expectations.
