I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was very comfortable, and I especially loved how clean and well-maintained the bathroom was. The staff were kind and helpful. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was so cozy and welcoming, making it feel like a home away from home. There were some student activities and they make a little bit of noise, but it didn't bother me at all. I even went and watched them playing volleyball.

    The hotel is clean and comfortable in general. The location is very good, rite beside a shopping mall and water park. The parking area is spacious, easy to find food n coffee all around. The design and interior looks luxurious, and the food in their buffet is also delicious. All the staff are so friendly and helpful, the infinity pool with warm water will be the spotlight.

    Previously I had booked with Reddoorz Otista a few years ago and it was basic. Now, horrible, filthy and dirty. The only positive thing is the security staff. I left on the same day and booked another hotel!
